How long does service last?

Our service lasts approximately an hour.

Is childcare provided?

Yes! Childcare is available during the worship sermon for infants to three year olds. For children ages three to eight children's church is available. For more information visit the Sunday Morning page.

What happens during worship service?

Our worship service is very casual and relaxed, but with a focus on setting our hearts and mind to truly offer worship to our Lord Jesus Christ.  We generally start the service with praise and worship music that is a blend of traditional hymns and contemporary Christian praise songs.  The goal of the praising through music is to offer praises to God as well as to help us prepare ourselves to hear what God would say to us through His Word during the sermon.

The preaching of the sermon immediately follows the praise and worship.  The sermon is always biblicaly based, and it is our prayer that God would touch each of us through the preaching of His Word.

We want each person who attends our service to feel a part of the family.  We are genuinely concerned for all who come through our door.  We especially desire for each one to know more about God, or somehow draw closer to Him each time they come for worship.

Note:  No offering will be taken during the service.  Members of Blue Creek Baptist Church generously support the work of the church with their financial giving.  If, as a visitor, you would like to make a financial contribution there is an offering basket on the table at the front of the church.
